NCB Living is an architecture, engineering consulting, and contractor practice. We work on residential, commercial, and workspace projects across Indonesia.
How we work
Most projects lose time and money at the seams: between the design that was drawn and the building that was priced, between the consultant who specified and the contractor who built. We removed those seams by keeping all three competencies in one team.
That means one set of drawings, one technical logic, and one party accountable for the result. Design decisions are tested against buildability while they are still cheap to change, and construction starts from documentation that was written by the people who will use it.
